When I launch TC, I see the initial loading process, but when it completes the app doesn't open. All I see is an minimized icon. I can't alt-tab to it either. AI-Manager launches fine.

I have redownloaded the software, rebooted, etc. but I seemingly cannot get the app to launch as expected.

kill all AIGTC related directories
