Hello,
Last night I flew from MMCG to MMCS (Mexico) and upon landing I discovered two planes on the ground that were out of place: a Varesh Airlines 737 (from Iran) and an Azul Embraer 190 (from Brazil). I'm trying to figure out how they appeared in Mexico, as neither airline flies there.
I am new to MSFS and AIG, though experienced with flight sims and AI traffic from FSX and before. I have a fresh install of MSFS (2020) with all updates, and I was using stock scenery. I installed all OCI flight plans using AIM. The simulator time at landing was 9/13/23 at 11:52 PM UTC (5:52 PM local time of MMCS).
Today, I tried to recreate the situation, but when I dropped into the sim with the same location and simulator time as before, I got a Yakutia Airlines SU100 from Russia but neither Azul or Varesh.
Neither time did I get any Mexican airlines on location.
I looked at the route maps for all three airlines in AIM but none are programmed to fly to MMCS.
Any ideas how these random aircraft are showing up?
What is your settings for the "Ground Aircraft Density"?
Set it to 0 (zero) and that should eliminate the issue.
I have the same problem. Where do I find «Ground Aicraft Density» setting ?
Tor Arild Danielsen
In the settings in MSFS.
Thank you kindly. This seemed to do the trick.
