Occurs when sim not running and sim running.

It's logical if the sim is not running, as the SimConnect is only running when the sim is running.

But that you have issues when the sim is running is a bit strange.

What sim?

I also have P3DV5 working and AIG functioning very nicely.

Today I find simconnect in V6 working, however, at the moment only one plane is in view a CL 40 WL (no airline markings). Will check when I land at a major airport. No more AI spotted at Albequrque  or Calgary.

Are we waiting on a new Simconnect in order to get P3DV6 working? Data Manager is loading 56 SimObjects and 1558
Flight Plans however, Traffic is not loading the Sim Objects. If I have to wait until a new Simconnnect comes on the scene in order to run AIG in P3DV6, I will wait; as I have P3DV5 running beautifully.  I just would like to see an answer to my question, in the first sentence of my inquire.
