AIGTC in the same directory as AIM?
Remove all ZIP files under <AIGTC>\Resources
Remove the database directory under <AIGTC>\Resources
AIGTC has it's own directory
Tried to remove \Resources dir and still not starting

AIGTC has it's own directory
Tried to remove \Resources dir and still not starting
not remove the resources dir, just the ZIP files in it and the database directory
The Resources directory is empty
download the latest version from AIGTC and replace the old files, after that try again
Ok
Tried that
I downloaded last version and replaced old files
AIGTC is still not starting
