User of AIM and MSFS2020:

If AIM 1.3 does not detect your OCI-Package, do the following:
1) Check the the directory is name "aig-aitraffic-oci" (remove the "-beta" if needed)
2) Check the manifest.json file, the title must be "AIGAIM AI Traffic". (Remove the "(beta) if needed)

Reported this to you on Discord and directed to Forum. This has happened several times of late requiring an eventual reload of traffic controller to fix.
Hope i've sent the right logs.
