We had a bug in the autoupdater of 0.9.2.4:
There are two work arounds:
1) Delete all files in the main directory and copy the content from the TMP directory in the main directory
2) To update from 0.9.2.4 to the latest version please download the actual version from here (https://www.alpha-india.net/forums/index.php?topic=28686.msg291212#msg291212) and replace all existing files with the content of the zip file.
