if you had the choice which classic airline would you resurect i personaly would go for Excalibur Airways as i think there livery is quite a smart looking one

Hooters Air, but I would rebrand it as Buffalo Wild Wings Air, as their wings are better.  :D
There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

I agree, although Hooters generally has better scenery.

Actually to be serious (well my Buffalo Wild Wings Air is serious...Blazing One would be my first aircraft), I would have to say Air Illinois.  Their livery wasn't anything special, but they operated out of a special field, Meigs Field in Chicago.  During my lessons, I never got to land there, but before it was closed we did do a low pass over it and I will never forget that.  Nice and scenic approach.
