Only if you were flying the actual route and airline that you were on, mimicking the flight. Somebody might think that they were on a drone ;D.

Oddly enough when thA380 was being thought up, and what one might expect to see on a flight. Other than a cabaret show, was a 2nd flight deck, where passengers could imagine they were flying the aircraft. There is a discovery episode on it.

I've done it alot of times on some of my many trips across the U.S.  I Had a couple people and kids just inquire nothing more. To be honest you would have to be in first class or the seat next to you would have to be empty to fly your sim on an airplane.
