Development Preview: 29.11.2016

All preview pictures are development shots, the final product may be different from the shown pictures

The main window proves a list of all installed flightplans and after checking online outdated plans will be marked yellow and a list of newer flight plans is displayed. If a flight plan is marked red the airline is defunct.

A detailed view of a installed flight plan is provided, listing each aircraft and each registration and a map of the routes

Based on the information of the bgl a GanttChart is created to display each flight of a registration

For each airport a list is created of all airlines operation to and from this airport and their routes, selecting one will show you a map with only routes of this airline.

Based on the stock airports or add-on airports a visual parking map of the airport will be created and information about the parking usage will be provided

And here a information about the time that the tool needs to collect all the information:
On my current system (ca. 473 flightplans) the time to collect the local files take about 10 seconds, the online check (AIG File Area and AIG Forum) about 30 seconds and the check for defunct airlines about 30 seconds. After that there are no more loading times between switching airports, airlines.

This looks great!

Will it work with non-AIG flightplans?

Looking at the plans mentioned in the program it says both RBT and UTT. RBT is the old "Real Big Tree" which Ben Clark had some years ago.

Is FS9 in your project?

FS9 is integrated, but not really tested yet

Will it work with non-AIG flightplans?

As Johan said yes, there are some specific algorithms for AIG, UTT, JCAI, KPK, etc. and one generic that can identify almost every flightplan on the local system. During the online checkare currently only AIG, KPK, JCAI and ACFP will be detected at the moment, but more to come

This is really REALLY great!

A few questions..
1. Does this program link directly to AIG, or will we still have to download the files and put them in a folder somewhere?
2. Will this install aircraft and liveries as well, or will we have to point it in the right direction to files already loaded?
3. For those of us who have painstakingly arranged years and years of AI plans into a file with thousands of entries, will this program recognize the arrangement or will it be easier to start from scratch?
4. Does the Airport tool just give information, or is there a way to have it interact with ADE files to change parking assignments?
5. Did I mention this is really REALLY great?

Thank you to all who have been working on this ::thumbsup::
