Just to add to our problems/ I tried to uninstall your program by using the delete setting and then removing the AIG folder.
Now my P3Dv4 is completely messed up with large red crosses over the top of all the jetways.

can you post a screenshot of the Jetways? No one has reported anything like that before and we do not modify anything related to the jetways ::confused::

I can't at the moment but here is a similar one from the web.
Apparently it has to do with SODE and xml problems.

I know maybe this is a long shot, but I had similar issues with Flightsim.com. Is it possible this can be caused by the browser settings? I had my browser set to erase all data upon exit, never remember history, etc. I changed those settings and was able to use Flightsim. I'm not saying it was the issue, because the AIG guys also put out a new revision around the same time after i had reported the issuee. But maybe give it a try by checking those browser privacy settings.

Exactly. I have no idea except that it only started after I removed the IAG program. That was the only change I made.

Well, one bit of good news: a re-install of P3D Content fixed the red crosses.

Another bit of good news: Although I still cannot get the sign in to change to logged in, when I try to install an airline and it asks me to log in to Flightsim on the next page, although it returns a message of "forbidden" and does nothing , as soon as I go back to the program a normal download starts in windows and I can then get the program to load it from the zip file!! So all is not lost. :)
