Does anyone know any instance if possible of airlines in the same alliance sharing pilots of the same type rating e.g Air France 777 pilot flying a KLM 777?

I would assume it's a 100% no.
Alliances are mainly for commercial reasons like codeshare and so on. But pilots are employed by the individual airlines. The pilots also are also members of separate unions and I'm sure those unions won't allow the use of other airlines pilots in an airlines.

All Pilots are own airlines for the policy procedures flight like checklist or rules diversion, medical, airport using alternates etc. Every airline is different procedures. That's why pilots can't join other airlines.

I'm sure the respective legal departments and the unions would care a bit as well.
