Update 0.4 to 0.5!

I encoutnered an issue with the updater of 0.4 to 0.5!

Users of 0.4 need to update manually to 0.5 by downloading the latest file from: http://www.alpha-india.net/traffic-controller/ and replace the 0.4 files with the new once!
