[OPEN] Load Stuck on "Load Configuration Files"

Attached my log files. Think problem is caused by having deleted and reinstalled AIGAIM (ie removed is from the addon.cfg, the users/XXXX/ Documents folder all the flightplans, textures etc) and now having reinstalled, it can find the AIGAIM - OCI  entry in the addon.cfg file and freezes there. How do i fix it?

where is your current OCI setup located?

D:\Prepar3d\Utilities.

Not on my main drive or within the UAC controlled area where P3Dv4 resides. Separate folder for all P3D related utilities.

you know how to add an try to C:\ProgramData's add-ons.cfg?

If yes it would be the best if you add your the following entry there yourself:

Done that - still stuck on this line in the Log File:

29/12/2020 07:54:24 - Validate AIGAIM-Addon

It is looking for something to validate the addon. Have added an empty "OCI.XML" in the OCI-Configuration directory but to no avail!

If you are a new user, have nothing on your hard drive or in your registry or addon.cfg, when does this get set up?

you need to open AIM and setup OCI under Settings->OCI, only when you perform this step the addon.xml is created

OK - so I can't do that as AIM won't load up!

I have recreated the directory structure in the AIG-AIM folder and recreated an addon.xml which references all of the folders in the directory which the Program Data addon.cfg references but still no joy!

Any other ideas?

open: \AppData\Local\AIGTech

there are AI Manager directories, delete all of them and start AIM again (ALL Settings will be lost by now!!)

Nothing in there Kai - there are a few AIGTech entries left in the registry but not sure what impact any of those have on the app start-up.

Thanks Kai - answer will be in what the program checks in terms of validating OCI configuration as that is the point at which the log file ends.
