  where can I look at an overview of AIG AI Manager AIG Traffic Controller,;i.e., what it does or doesn't do, also a thread mentioned that this will be compatible with MSFS2020, has this been completed?

AIG Manager is a program that can install AI. That includes models, repaints, flightplans, sounds, callsigns and so on.

AIG Traffic Controller is a program that will inject AI traffic, but not as it has been for years, but a new way.

AIG Manager will at some point be MSFS 2020 compatible. It's still in internal testing, and there are still much work to be done before it can be fully implemented.
