Realistic traffic percentage setting?

Hello there,

what percentage of traffic is to be considered realistic quantity-wise? (pre-2020 of course..)
Right now I have 100% for airline&GA traffic in P3D AND 100% for the AIG traffic controller injection. (If I understand correctly they don't double up because airlines are either bgl or aigfp..?)

I have a lot of traffic at most airports, but I honestly have no idea if that is realistic or not.
I thought 100% would be "correct" since that is just "all the real life flightplans are being loaded".

100% is the realsitic as you get. All flights flown in the sample week are shown. Every value below 100% will reduce the amount of traffic.
