OCI Not installing two of the Air Charter outfits

I am having difficulty installing the ESAI Monterey Pacific Executive Charter and Southwest Aircraft Charter packages with OCI. It seems to just freeze and never compile the flight plans but does not crash OCI either.. Taking a closer look I noticed when I click configure prior to starting the OCI install it shows a couple of the paints / aircraft missing.. So it starts the install for both but never moves beyond 2/3 for Monterey Pacific or 4/8 for Southwest..

I also noticed after hitting the "refresh" for the available online these flight plans are now showing in duplicate..
