[SOLVED] When to start AIGTC?

Hello, First of all thanks for your incredible work! I have a naïve/silly question when do I have to start the Traffic Controller. Is it before launching MSFS, once MSFS as loaded or, once at the departure airport?

I ask this because as it takes quite some time to load that would be cool if if could be launched at the same time as MSFS and load alongside with MSFS.

But it seems that it works properly only if launched when at the airport?

Am I doing something wrong and can it be launched before being at the airport?
