[CLOSED] Little to no arrival traffic

The title says it all planes on the ground, takeoff and in the air but like one to two landing, did you guys change the ai logic or something? this wasn't a problem in 0.6.

This is in P3Dv5.3

arrival and landing is controlled by the internal AI system, for further testing do the following:

1) Spawn at a default airport
2) Start TC (if not already running)
3) Observe the AI on the map
3.1) Do airplanes spawn that have your airport as arrivial airport?
3.2) How do airplanes from 3.1 fly?

Plane seem to fly ok there was only 8 planes set to arrive to KDTW, AIC reports the most of the ai are in a "Sleep" state
