Great job! United in particular is much appreciated. Just a heads up on Volare though: their sole 767-300, I-VIMQ, has been sold to a Mexican airline and will leave MXP for MEX tomorrow. The Volareweb branch has also axed several flights, as 2 A320s (F-OHFR/-OHFU) have been returned to the lessor, leaving only I-WEBA and I-WEBB in the fleet.

It is a bit difficult at the moment to make flightplans for Alitalia and all its subsidiaries (Volare being one of them), since with the ongoing takeover by CAI and merger with Air One their schedules keep changing. Right now it seems that as of Jan. 13, 2009 AZ and AP will start joint operations and coordinate their schedules, but it will take a while before the merger is completed  :o

Hi Frederico, I read that two days ago, but for now we leave it as it is, will keep Italian skys busy for some months. Btw Lufthansa made new airline Lufthansa Italia for that A319 operation (starting in January from MXP) and wont be operated by Air Dolomiti as planned.

I've read that they will start from february 2009. Anyway the sample week for our LH release was 08DEC - 14DEC so oubviously LH Alitalia isn't there. And I don't think it will be planned before the summer season (at least not by me).

That is correct, LH Italia is starting on Feb. 2, 2009. MXP to Paris and Barcelona will be the first routes, followed shortly thereafter by BRU, BUD, MAD and OTP, plus LHR and LIS (the latter two begin operating with the summer schedule). It'll be easy enough to make new flightplans as their flights and fleet (ex-Germanwings A319s) will be separate from LH proper  :)

Like Klemen said, the LHI flights were supposed to be operated by Air Dolomiti, but that won't be the case at least for now. Rumours are that if the operation is successful, EN may expand to provide feeder services for LHI, but it is way too early to make any predictions.
