There'll be a second batch of paints, of which I'm hoping includes Comair (both NC and 30th Anniversary) and Northwest Airlink's Soaring Eagle.

No paints have been overlooked - I can assure you. What hasn't already been released is currently in beta. The paintkit will be out soon also.

and Northwest Airlink's Soaring Eagle.

Well...I'll admit that until it was mentioned in this thread I had no idea N901XJ wore any special titles. I was scratching my head about this whole "soaring eagle" thing.
But the good news is that I've got it figured out now, and you'll see 901 as part of round 2 uploads.  ::ashamed:: :P

the NW "Soaring Eagle" paint is suppose to be N901XJ not N902XJ.
The difference between 902 and 929 is:

http://www.airliners.net/photo/NWA-Airlink-(Mesaba/Canadair-CL-600-2D24-Regional/1463495/M/
http://www.airliners.net/photo/NWA-Airlink-(Mesaba/Canadair-CL-600-2D24-Regional/1458493/M/

Correct. The only difference is the placement of the small "Operated by Mesaba" titles. ;)
If I remember right everything under 908 has them forward and above has it at the rear.

Yep you're right, guess I should have looked closer LOL.. Short night..

Thanks for this one guys, she looks gorgeous! Also nice to see more folk try their hand at modelling.
With the fairly close release of this, the UGA challengers, and the AIM CRJ-200, a good look can be had at different construction methods between them.
Interesting stuff.

Now we have the AIM CRJ 200 and the AIG CRJ 900. But who will build a new model for the golden mean of the series, the CRJ 700? Maybe AMG  ;)

Isn't that the company that makes good cars even better?

Your're right, if better or not .. it's your choice.

But AIM + AIG = AMG (the 'I' can be reduced). I know, its only a try to explain it mathematical  :D So if I'm right we will see the front made by AIG and the back made by AIM ..
