It's not a new model. It's the MyTrafficX model, but with "HD" textures. Sorry, but they are not even close to the quality the repainters at AIG, AIA and TFS is making.

What a pile of junk.

Anyone who pays $9 for it needs their head examined and it makes you appreciate even more the painter's and modeller's we have here.

Many years ago when I (re)started with FS, I bought MyTraffic...after 1 months, I sold it and I've moved to free models and repaints. What we really need as AI fan would be a new MD-11 model  8)

I have seen quite alot of people thinking that the MyTrafficX is the best AI you can get.. And they have NOT tried the freeware AI.

The main problem about freeware AI is that it's not "plug n' play" but is best done with a little work and a few more downloads then i.e. MyTrafficX. And a lot of people want to get the AI flying straight away without too much work. And that's where the payware AI comes in.

Personally I think the coming Ultimate Traffic II will be way better then any payware products yet. It contains way better models (AIA updated to FSX DX10).

I still have the original Ultimate Traffic on CD, which I bought 1 or 2 months after I bought FS9. After a season or so, I was tied that i should pay for updated timetables, so I decided to update manually. I had been using MRAI in FS2002, and found that it was updated for FS9. So I began updating flightplans and then remove the airlines from my Ultimate Traffic installation. Suddently I only had the ceased airlines back in the UT flightplan, and then it was just to remove that one. Since then I have not used UT.. Oh. Actually I still have  a few of the AFCADs that was included in UT, installed. But it's for some of the minor airports that noone have never done later. Sometimes I'm looking at the UT box, and thinking about why people would buy horrible payware AI, since there is way better AI in the freeware world.

I guess I'll be an old stick in the mud and keep producing and supporting freeware models and painting groups.

The parts I really like about the description.."Moving you to the next level in your AI experience, all paints are presented in both the standard 1024x1024 resolution found in MyTrafficX, and additionally in 2048x2048.  The latter represents a 4 times increase in the number of pixels used, helping you to see even more detail on your favourite 777 airlines and get up real close."

Now you can see their terrible models and repaints in 'High Def".

No thanks.
