How do I stop spam that appear to have been generated by me? By that I mean the sender's e-mail address is mine.  ???

Virus yes, but not necessarely on MOsha's computer.
Someone else may have Mosha's address in their contacts plus a virus that sends out messages. Utilizing every possible address in the from and to fields.
