New An-72 AI model
« on: August 29, 2009, 05:50:59 AM »
I didn't see yet a post for this, so I'm assuming this will be news. There's a new AI model for An-72 in Avsim.su, so finally I can have a real AI-class model for replacing the UI model of Samdim.

Another good Ai model for our skies, this has been a good month :)

Edit:

Downloaded, it comes with some great repaints and flightplans ...only thing missing is the aircraft cfg !!!

You can find the cfg here. Too bad it doesn't have entries for all those repaints.

Note that a few pages later you can find an updated CFG in the thread with around 9 entries I think.

Flightplans for most An-72/74 operators are included. Also SharInk, the airline operating RA-74015 is included in those flightplans.

I just went on a trip to spot my freshly installed An-74s, they are great. They do however have a problem with the tirepressure, as can be seen in this picture:

Does anyone have an updated Aircraft.cfg to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance,
Peter

Very nice model for a very particular aircraft. The repaints look a bit 'too clean', but that's really the only remark I have.
