Don't have it myself but Radar Contact is supposed to be very good.

I've used Radar Contact from the start and love it.  I flew on Vatsim for a while but tired of having only a very few Controllers.  And, after being mis-directed more than once, I gave it up.  A real bummer.  I did fly in several fly-ins and they were very good though this was several years ago (FS2002 I think..)

Did you read my reply above?

You have very few choices here.

1. Stay with default ATC.

2. Stay with default ATC, but speed it up using EditVoicePack

3. Go Online with Vatsim, or IVAO.

4. Use some of the payware product's as I mentioned, the best as far as I'm aware being Radar Contact --> http://www.jdtllc.com/

I don't understand what it is exactly that you want.

Do you want a program that work's ATC and installs AI? If so, that program is not available.

Please try to explain what exactly you want.

Radar Contact works with AI.

If you read the link I posted, you would see this;

AI interactions including:

    * Ground traffic frozen to prevent runway incursions while youâ??re on final.
    * Chatter appropriate to their actions.
    * Detecting AI planes that will cause a conflict in the future.
    * When youâ??re on final, slow faster planes behind you, and speed up slower planes in front of you.
