I hope the guys at RATS use this new model. I switched to the Casio model a while ago, but the guys at RATS still use the Xomer model. So it's a bit difficult for me to complete Russian AI fleets without Casio repaints.

I remember a thread on this topic with the RATS team. IIRC, they were indeed expecting release of this model to switch from the Xomer one, as in their opinion, for all its shortcomings, the Xomer model still looked closer to a real Yak than the Casio one. I'm off to the store to buy some more paint, guess I will need it soon  ;D

Excellent! Especially since I kinda forgot to backup my Xomer Yak42 when I reinstalled a while ago :(
