I would like to have the option to make all of my AI traffic static at the gate so it doesn't move at all.  Is there a way to do this already or is this a feature that could be added?

I dont think this is possible, because the traffic changes depending on the time set the sim to. Even 5 minutes later, other aircraft will be visible.

It is possible, with an unusual flightplan  8).

But I don't see any sense in doing this.

Also this might not be a question for an AI forum but you might find better answers over at fs-developer how to use static aircraft models.

It's just fine the way it is...

as said it is almost impossbile to create static Aircrafts that are always at the same Gate and each time. AI Manager is all about getting Airplanes in the air ;)If you use AIG Flightplans all Aircrafts have a realtistic groundtime.

It is NOT impossible!

In the old FS9 days I made my EDDM Visitor Park AC this way ..

Dieter the original Post is asking to make the flightplans installed through AIM static. This is not possible!

He is not asking to create new flightplans for static aircraft. This of course is always possible. AIG will not create such ,,flightplans".

 I'm sorry, and you're right!

And sure, neither AIM nor AIFP can do such flightplans :-( Should have read more carefully.

Maybe a model converter? to make them a library object?

We don't see any value in this and don't aim to add anything like this to the program. - sorry
