Community subfolder blacklist

My AIM takes AGES to load. Like, 5-10 minutes.

Looking through the Log_AIManager.txt file today for an unrelated issue, I noticed thousands of entries saying 'FP is boat'. These are from the ship traffic addon I have. I also noticed it was processing the modded GA-only default traffic bgl I use.

As a test, I removed these folders from my Community folder. This time my AIM loaded in about a 5th of the time!


So, could we have an option to blacklist certain subfolders in the Community folder so AIM isn't checking them unnecessarily on startup?

logs please, so I can check what addon you have and can add it to the black list.

the default BGL files are "horror" when it comes to optimisation so using it will take time. I can not disable i from loading since some AIM features need all installed files to be loaded to work properly. Remember AIM is not just an installer but a Manager.
